Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Custom-made or made-to-order garments (e.g. pieces adjusted to your measurements, fabric or design requests)
– Clearly personalized items
Each of our pieces is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, but standard items remain eligible for return unless specified otherwise.

Returns (Eligible Items)
For non-custom products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition:
– unworn
– unwashed
– with tags attached
– in original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, or are returned without prior notice.

– Reason for return
– Photos (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the full order is returned.
